As and when you need new graphics, click here. Whitebox graphics can be interchanged within minutes and old graphics folded away to use another time.

All accessories simply clip onto the Whitebox with no tools required. This makes it really self-sufficient and easy to use on the go.

If you choose the ‘single-sided’ option, your artwork design will be applied to the front, and a plain white blackout fabric that reflects the light back into the box is applied to the back.

Yes, in the case of manufacturing defects and faults, you are protected by a 5-year warranty on Please note this only extends to manufacturing faults or defects and does not cover accidental damage.

It is possible to machine wash all fabrics produced by WhiteboxGo however we urge caution and suggest that if machine washing, use a low heat (30°) to avoid distorting the fabric. All fabrics can also be washed by hand, using a sponge and luke-warm water, however tide marks can be apparent on backlit fabrics when illuminated, so proceed with caution.

Artwork should be saved in PDF format. Whilst we can work with other formats, such as EPS, PSD and AI files, working from a PDF means all images and fonts should be embedded and won’t be lost when opened on our systems. See our Artwork Guides for more in-depth information.

We work on a 5 working day turnaround from receipt of payment.

If your order is incorrect, or arrives damaged, give us a call and we’ll look into it with our couriers. We don’t let damaged or substandard goods leave our Headquarters but send us pictures so we can investigate.
